1. Product Overview
05704-A-0144 is a high-density four-channel gas control card exclusive to Honeywell System57 gas safety monitoring rack, 1-inch narrow width design that replaces four single-channel 05701-A-302 cards to save cabinet slots.
It is specially designed for catalytic bead bridge combustible gas (LEL) sensors, with precise digitally adjustable constant current drive circuit to ensure stable measurement of flammable gas leakage in hazardous areas. Each channel is equipped with independent triple alarm logic and isolated SPDT relay dry contacts for safety interlock equipment.
Front backlit LCD supports multiple display switching modes, with independent LED status indicators and local alarm reset buttons for on-site maintenance. Built-in 4-channel 4–20mA analog output uploads gas concentration data to Experion PKS C300 DCS system.
All channel fault signals are uploaded to the rack master engineering card 05701-A-0361 via the proprietary System57 backplane serial bus for unified time-stamped event logging, batch calibration and centralized system diagnosis. Conformal coated PCB adapts to high temperature and humidity industrial cabinets. Honeywell discontinued new production, only refurbished and surplus spare parts available aftermarket.
